Many options exist for craftsmen wanting to build light, simple aircraft that meet the parameters of Part 103, but Milholland’s aircraft depart from ultralight convention by being designed around a four-stroke engine.
The document contains technical drawings and plans for constructing an ultralight aircraft. It includes detailed diagrams and dimensions for building the tail group, rudder, elevator, wing, and fuselage.
