Keep hot food hot (140°F or above) and cold food cold (40°F or below). Remember the 2-hour rule: Perishable food should never be left in the temperature danger zone (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours. This includes both hot food and cold food.
The Event Kitchen Manager should read the following Agreement, sign it, and return the Agreement to the Church Office prior to booking kitchen space. I understand the following: Many people, including members of the congregation and groups from the broader community, use the church kitchen.

KITCHEN USE AND CHECKLIST. Use of the kitchen must be scheduled through the church office and is subject to the building use policies. An Application For Building Use form is necessary for non-church events. Fees may apply.
Any use of the church kitchen must be approved by the Food Service Director. Each event should receive a policy and checklist form that is to be completed and signed after the kitchen use.
Facility Request Form for reserving any space at the Church, but you must also specify the kitchen usage needs. Please complete all the details on the Facility Request Form, including kitchen needs.
