Attaching the Pasta Press to the Stand Mixer. Turn the Stand Mixer OFF and unplug. Remove or flip up the attachment hub cover (depending on the model). Insert the attachment shaft housing into the attachment hub, and make sure the power shaft fits into the square hub socket.
