I've followed the instructions and didn't mix any TSL files. pasted all the texture overrides to the override folder yet they don't change anything in the game. I've looked into this problem but only found someone talking about it in the KOTOR2 discussion board.
I went to the Steam Workshop and got TSLRCM+M4-78EP combo mod plus a few other mods such as the buzzing audio bug fix, the wide UI fix and easy swoop racing.
10 Μαΐ 2017 · Mods not working. I am trying to activate a mod that would give me Revan's armor, but I can't get the mod to activate. All the installation instructions say I have to do is place the files in my override folder. Well, I did that, but the mod won't activate. Anyone have any ideas? Showing 1 - 6 of 6 comments. the only way to fix the bug is to have the latest Steam executable for the game, however, doing so means you can have no mods because steam's kotor 2 executable can not be messed with. manually replacing it with an older one, so that cut content can work, means you have a version where swooping is bugged. so you must make a choice.

I'm trying to install the character startup changes mod from the stickied post. I downloaded the file, and extracted it to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\swkotor\Override file. In the readme and stickied post there's really nothing about how to install this.
It's clear to me that you didn't read it through, I explain that mods are now supposed to be installed in the workshop folder in the later part of the guide.
