24 Αυγ 2022 · Good Day LA anchor Michaela Pereira has decided to leave Fox O&O KTTV Los Angeles. Her last day will be Sept. 9. Pereira has been anchoring from 7 to 10 a.m. with Tony McEwing and Araksya Karapetyan since late 2020. She will make an announcement on-air tomorrow morning.
The station's early morning newscast, Fox 11 Morning News, premiered alongside Good Day L.A. in June 1993; it was originally anchored by Diana Koricke and Tony McEwing, with veteran KTTV reporter and former anchor Tony Valdez serving as an occasional fill-in anchor.
