To be able to track a package, you must purchase a trackable service (for example, a parcel service). All domestic parcel services (Regular Parcel™, Xpresspost™, Priority™, and Expedited Parcel™) include tracking.
If you have lost your tracking number or did not receive one, you can try contacting the sender or Canada Post customer service for assistance. They may ask you to provide information such as your name, address, and the date the package was shipped in order to locate the tracking number.
