Retired members may update federal tax withholdings through Self Service at myretirement.ky.gov or by submitting Form 6017, Federal Income Tax Withholding Preference, to KPPA. Please keep in mind that, regardless of federal adjustments, your federal tax withholding election remains in place unless you update your withholding preference with KPPA.

Through the automatic enrollment feature, all new full-time employees hired by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Executive Branch, Administrative Ofice of the Court, and the Legislative Research Commission will be automatically enrolled in the Kentucky Deferred Compensation Plan (KDC).
