Our adoption fees vary, depending on how long an animal has been in our care. If an animal has been in our care ten days or less, the adoption fee is $50. If the animal has been in our care more than ten days, the adoption fee is $30.

The adoption fee for a dog, cat or other animal includes vaccinations, microchip, and spay or neuter if not already altered when it came to the care center. Check our website and social media to find out about any adoption promotions during which fees are discounted.
26 Ιουν 2009 · (a) The Department shall charge and collect fees of the types and in the amounts set forth in this section, or as revised in the manner set forth in this section, to recover the costs incurred by the City in connection with animals adopted or redeemed from City animal shelters.
Its six animal care centers serve unincorporated Los Angeles County and 49 contract cities with a combined total population of over 3 million residents. It provides animal control and rescue services in its service areas 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
23 Απρ 2020 · The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) is currently waiving adoption fees at all seven animal care centers in an effort to quickly place animals in homes during the COVID-19 crisis.
Los Angeles County Animal Care Centers are located in Downey, Carson/Gardena, Baldwin Park, Lancaster, Castaic, Palmdale and Agoura. Over 60,000 animals each year enter our animal care centers, and many are wonderful pets in need of new homes.
