A valid and active Business Tax Registration Certificate (BTRC) issued by the City of Los Angeles. Enter the first ten (10) digits of your BTRC number, including any leading zeros, e.g., 0000011001. The system validates the BTRC number against data from the City of Los Angeles Office of Finance.
