Custodial staff are performing regular maintenance on all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
The Permit Application is submitted to a school’s Custodial Entity to determine space availability and, thereafter, to the school’s Principal for review and approval. The application is forwarded to the respective Borough/Citywide Office (BCO) for final authorization for usage.
The School Construction Authority provides an overview of RESO A projects. Improvement projects are initiatives not necessary for the general maintenance of the building but rather involve optional work which enhances or improves the facility.
