The City of Los Angeles’ Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) now offers customers the ability to submit project plans, drawings, and other construction project documents electronically through our recently launched online service, ePlanLA.
LADBS provides permitting, plan check, inspection, and code enforcement services for construction in the City of Los Angeles.
