Terms of Use. Information provided to the public on this site is collected and used by the Lake County Property Appraiser for the sole purpose of ad valorem assessment administration in accordance with the Florida Constitution, Statutes, and Administrative Code.
You can download the file and sort in a multitude of ways such as by: Detailed Property Type, City, Subdivision, Vacant/Improved, Sale Date, Bedroom, Bath, Heated Area, and more. The files contain all sale transactions recorded.
Property Taxes. Any changes to the tax roll (name, address, location, assessed value) must be processed through the Lake County Property Appraiser’s Office, (352) 253-2150. “Ad valorem” is a Latin phrase meaning “according to worth”.
