27 Σεπ 2024 · Boat tours on Lake Thun: the must-knows. Boats operate on Lake Thun all year, even in winter. You’ll see green hills, castles, and the Bernese Alps. Choose between the 2-hour cruise Interlaken-Thun and many shorter stretches. All standard boat rides are free with the Swiss Travel Pass.
A boat trip on Lake Thun is a fabulous way to experience the beauty of the landscape. Combine the trip with a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, a detour to one of the lidos or a visit to St. Beatus Caves, for example.
In spring, summer and autumn, all tickets and combination tickets are available on our boats and at the stations in Thun, Spiez, Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost as well as Brienz. During the winter months the stations remain closed.
