4 Ιουν 2024 · I just came across the 2024 Lamiglas Super Surf "3rd Generation" in an 11', 2-5 oz that caught my eye. It is a beautiful looking rod in battleship gray (light gray). Whatever plugging rod I select--it must be able to throw 1.5 oz Yo Zuri Hydro Minnows at the low end and 4.25 oz pencil poppers at the higher end.
1 Ιαν 2012 · The Super Surf rod is the better of the two. Sure the GSB line of rods are well proven but they are heavy compared to the SS's. I fish the 1201 m and MH. Plenty of back bone. Fish it in good health.
The 2G series meets the demand for a light, but powerful rod that greatly reduces the amount of effort expended during a lengthy session in the surf. Included in the series are one 9-footer, three 10-footers and one 11 foot model. All are two-piece except for one 10-foot medium/heavy model.
13 Ιαν 2016 · Any feedback on these lamiglas rods? Looking for a mid-weight lure, long range surf spinning rod to pair with a penn SSV 5500 or 6500 (probably the 5500) 14lb braid. 10 ft rod - max budget $200ish.

16 Αυγ 2009 · #1 · Aug 16, 2009. i'm thinking of buying a lamiglas super surf 10' (green) this will be my new main rod for throwing eels. it will replace my tsunami 10' airwave. i checked one out and like the feel it's alot slower than my tsunami. i will probably be buying another slammer 560 to match it. does anyone own one ,and do you think this will work for.
