13 Απρ 2021 · I filed a complaint with BBB, Lamiglas had the worst rating the BBB gives. Just went to BBB site to c&p report and can't find the old style rating, currently five complaints. When I filed years ago they were numerous, still a waste of time and effort.
7 Νοε 2022 · I feel like all of the high end rod companies have gotten in trouble with warranties. They kind of need to have a good warranty policy, otherwise no one will spend $200-$900+ on gear rods and fly rods.
26 Μαΐ 2009 · Lamiglas rods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your rod fails, send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE to: Lamiglas Warranty Service, 1400 Atlantic Avenue, Woodland, WA 98674
22 Σεπ 2021 · My recent experiences with the Lamiglass warranty was disappointing but somewhat understandable. They aren't servicing any rods that have been discontinued. They will service the rods they are currently manufacturing. So if you own a Red Line, SI Series, Kenai Kwik, or Infinity series, they will service the rod.
Lamiglas has a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The rod submitted was not covered under... warranty, the rod was delivered to us in 5 pieces. we offered a new replacement rod for 60% of our suggested retail price.
Lamiglas rods are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER, depending on the series (Please refer to our warranty periods listed below). If the problem is due to a defect in material or workmanship, the rod will be replaced as quickly as possible.
