7 Νοε 2022 · A warranty is useless if nobody answers emails or the phone. There's a reason that they removed the review section on their Facebook page. Their side of the business that makes the blanks, North Fork Composites, has a solid "F" rating on Better Business Bureau for a reason. I had 5 of their rods and 2 more on order when it hit the fan for me.
13 Απρ 2021 · I've heard too many horror stories about Lami's Warranty service to consider buying one of their high end rods. Here's a happy ending story about a Tsunami Airwave Elite rod. I was looking at them at one of the famous Canal Tackle shops.

If your rod fails, send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE to: Lamiglas Warranty Service, 1400 Atlantic Avenue, Woodland, WA 98674
Lamiglas has a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The rod submitted was not covered under... warranty, the rod was delivered to us in 5 pieces. we offered a new replacement rod for 60% of our suggested retail price.
Lamiglas rods are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER, depending on the series (Please refer to our warranty periods listed below). If the problem is due to a defect in material or workmanship, the rod will be replaced as quickly as possible.
15 Ιουλ 2021 · So for anyone considering purchasing a rod from Lamiglas, buyer beware! Know that their warranty is charging you a reduced price to replace their defective product, and whenever they feel like contacting you.
