I have a lifetime warranty on Lamiglas fishing rod and submitted a warranty claim but Lamiglas ignores that claim. We had multiple communications but did not receive any resolution.
13 Απρ 2021 · Posted April 13, 2021. I went down the same road, there was a sol member who worked for Lamiglas and I contacted him when Lamiglas didn't respond. He said no problem and would take care of the warranty issue, never did. I filed a complaint with BBB, Lamiglas had the worst rating the BBB gives.
Lamiglas rods are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER, depending on the series (Please refer to our warranty periods listed below). If the problem is due to a defect in material or workmanship, the rod will be replaced as quickly as possible.
7 Νοε 2022 · I feel like all of the high end rod companies have gotten in trouble with warranties. They kind of need to have a good warranty policy, otherwise no one will spend $200-$900+ on gear rods and fly rods.
7 Αυγ 2022 · Has anyone dealt with Lamiglas in regards to warranty lately? I am coming up on year 3 of messing with their warranty. I probably should have just quit already but reluctantly have not.

If your rod fails, send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE to: Lamiglas Warranty Service, 1400 Atlantic Avenue, Woodland, WA 98674
