The keyboard of my ACER Aspire 3 stopped working. I followed all recommendations which I found in Internet – related to driver and reset of battery- (while using a virtual keyboard), however, without success.

27 Σεπ 2023 · First of all connect an external keyboard with usb and then try to download manually your drivers or delete device from device manager and then restart your laptop. It should be ok. If problem remains, then you should check if the connector is ok and then replace it.
20 Φεβ 2024 · Thank you for that information, there is no software or driver problem indicated, because the on-screen keyboard and external keyboard are working, the best option is to bring your laptop to a PC Repair Shop to get that keyboard tested, most likely the keyboard needs to be replaced.
