Some mathematical elements need to be typeset using fonts containing characters/symbols of a certain style; for example, it is customary to represent real numbers with a blackboard bold font (such as R), or topological spaces with calligraphic font (such as (T).

This document is a survey of the free mathematics fonts that are available for use with TeX and LaTeX. Examples are provided for each font, links to where to obtain the font, and the commands for loading the associated LaTeX package. The survey is available in both English and Vietnamese.
The goal of this article is to list all of the free math fonts and to provide examples. “Free” here means fonts that are free to use (both commercially and non-commercially) and free to distribute, but not necessarily free to modify.
matching math font from scratch is a demanding task. Thus, there are few math fonts for TEX, and in particular very few free ones. However, in the past few years, several very nice free fonts have been released. The goal of this article is to list all of the free math fonts and to provide examples.
The Math Design project offers free mathematical fonts that match with existing text fonts. To date, three free font families are available: Adobe Utopia, URW Garamond and Bitstream Charter. Three commercial fonts are also supported: Adobe Garamond Pro, Adobe UtopiaStd and ITC Charter.
