EA App is not currently available for Mac users. Go to the Origin website and download Origin if you don't already have it or open the Origin app if already installed, navigate to the Sims 4 in the Store and click Add to Library :

Then go to your Origin library and click on the Sims 4 icon. If the game still doesn't download, reset Origin again, and when you launch it, allow automatic updates of Origin and the game. TS4 should start downloading automatically.
