The Church operates religious study programs for university and high-school age students throughout the world.
The Church Educational System (CES) of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) consists of several institutions that provide religious and secular education for both Latter-day Saint and non–Latter-day Saint elementary, secondary, and post-secondary students and adult learners.
25 Σεπ 2023 · Approximately 150,000 students are filling the higher education offerings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this year — more than any previous year. And, with the recent announcement of three-year online degrees soon to be offered through BYU–Pathway, online options are expanding.
Latter-day Saints recognize that education is crucial for moral and practical reasons that range from the support and upbringing of their families to participation in broader society. Education is a serious charge for parents who are responsible to provide the necessities of life for their children.
16 Μαΐ 2021 · The most recent innovation to the Church Educational System is BYU–Pathway Worldwide, which is increasing Latter-day Saints’ “chances for learning” like never before. As the Church’s online program, BYU–Pathway is bringing education to women and men who would never be able to set foot on a college campus.
