8 Σεπ 2022 · For donations of stocks, bonds, or other readily marketable securities, members should contact the Donations-in-Kind Office at Church headquarters. The number to call is 1-800-453-3860, ext. 2-2554, or 1-801-240-2554.
Follow these steps to donate publicly listed securities to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‐day Saints in Canada in electronic form. Complete this form with your broker and request them to use this form to initiate the transfer.
Thank you for considering an in-kind donation to Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (“COP”) or to one of its affiliated charitable organizations (collectively referred to as COP). In-kind gifts present unique tax and non-tax consequences that must be analyzed before the proposed gift can be accepted.

Your gift of stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares is effective for income tax purposes, and hence deductible, when your certificate, accompanied by a properly prepared stock power in the name of the receiving charity, is unconditionally delivered to LDS Philanthropies or one of its staff members.

You can pay tithing and other donations by first navigating to ChurchofJesusChrist.org and selecting the account menu on the far right of the page. In that menu, choose the Donations link.
