Foster, a 2002 graduate from MTSU’s heralded Recording Industry program, is widely credited with saving the iconic facility from collapse and then expanding the business model.

Lee talked about his chore of turning the Greenwich Village-based studio, which was once owned by Jimi Hendrix, back into a thriving creative hub from disuse and disarray.
Electric Lady Studios is a recording studio in Greenwich Village, New York City. It was commissioned by rock musician Jimi Hendrix in 1968 and designed by architect John Storyk and audio engineer Eddie Kramer .
