  5. Contact the LeeWay Service Center. The LeeWay Service Center is equipped with a test lane to test your transponder. According to Lee County Ordinances, the transponder must be registered and permanently affixed to one vehicle. If a transponder is transferred, a citation may be issued.

  7. You can pay the toll(s) before receiving a Toll Enforcement Invoice or a Uniform Traffic Citation, by completing the fields below and selecting Look Up. Enter the plate number and zip code of the registered vehicle.
