For those unable to use our OLS Portal, an Application for Legal Aid Form (PDF, 1.9 MB) is available to download and complete. This form and supporting documentation should be emailed to lsc.correspondence@lsc.sa.gov.au.
Application for Legal Aid Complete the Application Form inside and deliver or send it to the Commission’s Adelaide office, whenever possible or if you prefer deliver or send it to your local Legal Services Commission (LSC) office (addresses and phone numbers on the back of this cover sheet).
If the applicant seeks legal aid in a criminal matter to be heard in the Regional Court or High Court and exceeds the ROE discretion, then legal aid must be refused and the applicant must be advised of the right to appeal in accordance with Annexure L to CCMC.
