Also – the type of firearm which can be carried was expanded in 2016 in F.S. 493.6115(6), and includes revolvers in .38 and .357 caliber; and semi-auto pistols in 9mm., .40, and .45 calibers. Only.38 may be loaded in .357 caliber revolvers. You must be pre-qualified for any firearms carried, and must use only factory ammo.
