20 Μαΐ 2019 · In effect, iPleaders is arguing that NUJS could exempt ‘itself’ from the mandatory applicability of a blanket prohibition against all online courses applicable to all Universities by simply not complying with the DEC Guidelines with respect to its offline courses.
NUJS has admitted its fault, signed a settlement agreement in December 2022, paid 80 lakhs approx to iPleaders. iPleaders delivered services a 2nd time to learners, without charging anything extra. Many students cleared exams.
At the end of the day, all students have enrolled with NUJS in courses announced by NUJS, on NUJS website and made all payment to NUJS. Many of them even finished their courses according to NUJS syllabus, and are waiting for their certificate.
