Overview. When God loses faith in humankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse. Humanity's only hope for survival lies in a group of strangers trapped in an out-of-the-way, desert diner with the Archangel Michael. Scott Stewart. Director, Writer.
Synopsis. The Archangel Michael (Paul Bettany) falls to Earth in Los Angeles and cuts off his own wings. After looting a weapons warehouse and stealing a police car, he travels towards the Paradise Falls Diner, near the edge of the Mojave Desert. Meanwhile, Kyle (Tyrese Gibson), a single father driving to Los Angeles, stops at the diner.
31 Δεκ 2010 · Plot. Various people gather at the Paradise Falls diner run by Bob Hanson in the middle of the Mojave Desert. Bob’s son Jeep runs the adjoining garage and dutifully cares for the diner’s pregnant waitress Charlie, even though she does not return his affections.
An out- of-the-way diner becomes an unlikely battleground for the survival of humankind as Michael and a group of strangers defend themselves against God's legion of angels. Michael must protect a mother (Palicki) and her baby, for it is the key to ending the Apocalypse.
