In addition, v1 of the tool is included (dumpbios-mass.elf) in case you are having trouble with the new version.

Dumping your PS2 BIOS is conceptually a two-step process: Modify the operation of your PS2 so that it can run any program. Then you can run a "BIOS dumper" utility program on your PS2 that reads its BIOS and writes it to a USB drive.
This is a tool which runs on your Playstation 2 console and extracts the needed BIOS files from it. PCSX2 will NOT work without a BIOS file so you need to do this before using it. This will not damage your console in any way.

PCSX2 will now ask you to provide your PS2's BIOS dump. Use the "Open Bios Folder" button to open the BIOS folder, and drop your BIOS files inside. Then use the "Refresh List" button to show your BIOS in the list.
