LG is incredibly unsupportive. Alexis, who claims to be the top of customer service, did nothing to help out and made excuses instead. After months of talking to LG employees, the responses were that they'd get back to us in a couple days. After a couple days, no call back. This happened a few times.

TLDR; LG's customer service and warranty is dogshit and the more threads and reviews I read about it the more apparent it is. If you buy an LG cross your fingers it never breaks otherwise kiss your $2k goodbye.
