Despite the Tv looking amazing when it worked, I can safely say I would never buy or recommend and LG to anyone I know considering how they treat their customers. TLDR; LG's customer service and warranty is dogshit and the more threads and reviews I read about it the more apparent it is.

I immediately lodged a complaint with photo evidence, but it took nearly six months and 20 emails for AIT to finally admit their fault. The most absurd part is they now demands I provide three quotes from at least two VAT-registered companies to repair the damage.
