Speaking with a person at LG customer service who I could barely understand a word of her broken English, I was just able decipher she was telling me to download a manual. At my age 86 I can barely spell the word let alone download it.
Despite the Tv looking amazing when it worked, I can safely say I would never buy or recommend and LG to anyone I know considering how they treat their customers. TLDR; LG's customer service and warranty is dogshit and the more threads and reviews I read about it the more apparent it is.
