Each lighthouse along the shores of Lake Erie has its own individual flair and unique design. While you might not be able to explore the interior of each one, you can experience the grounds and surrounding green spaces.
26 Μαΐ 2023 · Toledo, OH. Built in 1903, this Lake Erie lighthouse sits eight miles off-shore and is still an active navigational aid for boats approaching the harbor at Toledo. Its unique shape looks more like a historic schoolhouse than a lighthouse, making it a favorite amongst lighthouse fans.

Tours are given here in the summer on weekends. Perch on the rocks outside and on a clear day try to spot the Lake Erie Islands.
