Once you open the app and connect to your headphones, if a new firmware version of the headphones is available, a pop-up window may appear asking if you want to download the most recent firmware. The app will walk you through the process.

Install and open iCUE (www.corsair.com/downloads). Click on the “Settings” gear icon, found in the menu bar at the top right of the window. Click on your headset and click "Check for Updates". iCUE will detect whether your headset is up-to-date and apply the firmware update as necessary.
