29 Νοε 2020 · I just recently purchased a MacBook and I have dusted off my old Line6 UX1 with hopes to use it with Apple's Logic. However, I have updated my MacOS to the new Big Sur before downloading any Line6 software. I now see that Line6 software products are incompatible with the new OS11.
Line 6's Toneport UX1 and UX2 are computer recording interfaces aimed at the guitarist or bassist who might also want to record vocals and other instruments. In each case, you get a two-in, two-out USB audio interface with mic, line and instrument inputs and a suite of amp and effect modelling software derived from the Pod XT and Bass Pod XT ...
The UX1, UX2's, Tone Port DI's etc do not work with Apple Silicon. I have found (even on Intel based macs) the License Manager does not work properly after Catalina. I've written to Line 6 support over the past few months and get different answers.
9 Οκτ 2012 · I am using USB Line 6 UX1 sound card with RPi4. RPi standard kernel does not contain compiled driver by default. I am able to use the sound card by custom compiling with necessary parameters to allow also inclusion of Line 6 UX1 driver.
Have you updated to use the latest UX1 drivers? Does it work outside of these programmes (eg as your main sound output)? Does guitar input work (into, say, PodFarm)?
