If you have an existing account, you must reset your password using the Forgot Password link. If not, create a new account. You can self-register at: https://linklearntaxescertification.com. After logging in, select your. Internal Revenue Service. preferred certification level from the tabs along the top of the screen.
To access the practice lab enter below the password you received from the IRS or your site coordinator. If you do not know the password please contact your site coordinator or local IRS Relationship Manager. If you are not currently a VITA/TCE volunteer and would like to become a volunteer, please click here to get started:
Log into the Practice Lab using your username and password. Note: if you forget your username or password, follow the links on the Sign In page. Tutorials are available for new users on the main landing page. Select Go to Practice Area to start a new return.
A universal password will be needed to access the Practice Lab. Your Instructor, Site Coordinator, or other VITA/TCE volunteer contact will be able to provide you with the universal password. Once you access the Practice Lab, you will need to create a unique User ID if you do not already have one.
From the Practice Lab: Enter the universal password (if you do not have the password, you can request it from your site coordinator or SPEC relationship manager). Sign in to Practice Lab or create an account.
