Beginning FS 2023, all volunteers will be required to register and certify via Link & Learn Taxes. You can register and login into the test using VITA/TCE Central. In addition, return here to access the latest training and testing materials using Quick Links.
Step 1: Fill up and submit the Online Visa Application Form. Step 2: Print the completed form. Step 3: Take the printed form enclosed with required documents, payment of visa fees documents to the nearest Visa office / Bangladesh Mission. Current visa fees are available Here.

A: You can either log in directly at. https://linklearntaxescertification.com or you can select VITA/TCE Central from the Link & Learn Taxes page. If you have an existing account, you must reset your password using the Forgot Password link. If not, create a new account. You can self-register at: https://linklearntaxescertification.com.
Therefore, applicant will log in with their user ID & password. After Log-in in the System, applicant will select the Re-registration menu from the left → select IRC from sub-menu →select Industrial IRC (Other Ad hoc) to open the application form
How to Register. To become certified for the VITA/TCE Programs, you must first self-register in the VITA/TCE Central testing system: Go to the VITA/TCE Central homepage at https://www.linklearncertification.com. (Copy and paste into a browser, and add to Favorites for easy access at a later time.)
Register for Certification Tests. Go to: https://www.linklearntaxescertification.com. Returning volunteers may use last year’s login information. Sign in and select "My Account" (upper left) to update your information. Please make sure to update information including number of years volunteered.
