It can also be downloaded from the diocesan website, or contact the Office of Worship to have a copy faxed or mailed to you. Complete the form and return via email, fax, or mail to the Office of Worship no less than three weeks before the date of Confirmation.

  7. Ritual Mass for Confirmation. If you see V1, V2, V3, next to MASS, a Ritual Mass is permitted. (A “Ritual Mass” is one in which a “rite” occurs.) On days when Ritual Masses are permitted, the Ritual Mass for Confirmation with its proper readings may be celebrated (Ceremonial for Bishops, 459).
