Ugo provided first class service . I would like to say how good Ugo was on the 17.01 service from Darlington to King’s Cross on the 15/10/24. The service he provided to me in first class made the experience more than worth while. My best service on a train journey for a long time. P.S thank you auto for the extra chocolate brownie.
I was a passenger on the 12:59 service from York to London King’s Cross on Saturday 17th August. I had paid a first-class fare of £88.40, the opportunity of lunch on the train being an important factor in my decision to travel first-class.
