2 Μαΐ 2022 · Those cameras are 8MP on the 1/2.8" and will be basically blind at night. That sensor is good for a 2MP camera, but horrible for 8MP. Plus they are all fixed lens, so the objects would have to be within 10ish feet or so to be able to IDENTIFY.
Beware of Lorex - not worth the money. Since I don't have any social media to complain on and get the attention of customer service, I thought I'd air my grievances here. First, the good. The cameras are great quality. I bought a 4k, 8 camera system.

30 Οκτ 2024 · Customer Service: While Lorex does offer support to customers, it’s available only on Mondays through Saturdays between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm EST. Bottom Line Lorex makes good, solid cameras.
