The CRC Counseling Center provides academic, career, transfer, and personal counseling to CRC students.
You can receive in-person mental health therapy or advocacy at any Los Rios Student Health and Wellness Center. Los Rios therapists also offer virtual therapy appointments by request. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, you can use BetterMynd virtual teletherapy services.

Supporting students in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, past traumas, and adjusting to ever-changing situations are her current areas of focus. She has been with Los Rios for five years and provides in-person sessions on the CRC campus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and virtual sessions to students across the district.
