Students will access their campus email account on the web by logging into Los Rios Single Sign-On, using their Los Rios username (student ID number) and password. Students will retain email privileges for two years from the last term where they completed classes.

– Los Rios has partnered with Google to provide Los Rios students with a free email account: (W+student ID@apps.losrios.edu). When you log into your account, Los Rios first authenticates your username and password and then sends you to Google to view your Los Rios email.
To log in to Microsoft Office 365: Go to office.com. Enter your username, which is your Los Rios Gmail address (for example, w1234567@apps.losrios.edu). Enter your password, which was emailed to your Los Rios Gmail account earlier in the term.
Why can’t I log into Los Rios Gmail? This could be a browser issue. If you have a personal Gmail account, it uses “Active Cookies” when connected, you will either need to clear your internet cookies and browser cache or use a different browser for Los Rios Gmail.
Students and employees use their Los Rios ID and password to log into multiple services, including Canvas, eServices, Los Rios Gmail, PeopleSoft, and instructional lab computers.
