In Internet Explorer, click Tools then select Toolbars and see if the Yahoo Toolbar is checked. If not, check it. If it is not listed then I would recommend installing it again. I have a new all in one computer with windows 7, I downloaded the Yahoo toolbar but it has suddenly disappeared.
Open the Web browser that has Yahoo! Toolbar installed. Look at the toolbars at the top of the screen. If you can only see the basic menu bar, you may be in full screen mode, which removes the other toolbars from view. Click "F11" and see if the Yahoo! Toolbar reappears.

You can bring the menu bar up at any time by hitting the Alt key. This also works in other applications that hide the menu bar by default, such as Firefox 4+, Windows Media Player, and others. Most (if not all) have an option to always show the menu bar.
