Check the status of your application You can log in to your Applicant Status Portal to track materials and the status of your application. Your account information was sent to the email address you used to apply immediately upon receiving your application.
How to Apply. File the 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): Complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.gov by November 15. You and your parent must have an FSA ID to electronically sign the FAFSA. Loyola University's FAFSA Code Number is 002078.
Students can apply Early Decision, Early Action, Regular Decision, or for Spring admission to Loyola. Students applying to the Nursing (BSN) program should apply by November 15 through either our binding Early Decision I or non-binding Early Action admission plans.
International transfer applicants who have received a letter of admission to Loyola and are seeking F-1 student status to engage in full-time studies at Loyola must obtain a Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility) from Loyola's Office of International Student Services (OISS).
All students must register using their Applicant Status Portal credentials. If a parent/guardian would like to register for an information session, please register using your student's name and information.
