9 Αυγ 2016 · I hear what udarrell is saying about having too big of a motor being able to cause problems in certain situations, but going from 1/6 to 1/4 hp is not that big of a jump. As long as the amp draw of the new motor is running close to what it is rated for, it should be fine.
1 Ιουλ 2011 · I've got an old Ruud and the condenser fan motor is failing. It's an Emerson, 1/6 hp, .9 amp, 208-230 volt 1075 rpm, 3 uf cap. I've got an AO Smith, 1/4 hp, 1.8 amp, 208-230 volt 1075 rpm, 5 uf cap, that I'd like to use as replacement.

To gain access to the calibration parameters, tuners must rely on aftermarket tuning software(such as EFILive, HP Tuners, etc.) to expose the electric fan settings and make desired changes.

To put the BRP Hot Rods LS Swap Kit Builder to use we went through the entire process ourselves to assemble a complete swap package that we will be using to LS swap our ’96 Caprice.
20 Δεκ 2022 · Most involve some form of splicing the new engine harness into the factory fuse box and using the factory box for underwood accessories like fans/fuel pump/headlights etc... then piggybacking power from the factory bussed fuse box into a separate fuse/relay box for the engine.
