10 Ιουν 2015 · All trucks were Drive by Wire starting in 03 and this simplifies cruise control from scratch; but you should grab the pedal and Throttle Computer from the same vehicle as engine to simplify your swap. I wanted cable to simplify my install/ cruise with existing cable set up.
LS Throttle Body Swap Guide. Different generations of LS based engines came with different styles of throttle body. They got better in time and more efficient and easier to tune. Some have an IAC (idle air control) valve in the throttle body itself that controls idle airflow.
1 Ιουλ 2022 · I'm planning on a very similar swap, except I'll have a 4l60e instead of the 4l80. What are you planning for fuel? I would like to keep my dual tank set up, so I think i need to change the switch and the fuel selector valve from an '87.
