Step 1: Locate the Driver’s Side (LEFT) and Passenger’s Side (RIGHT) motor mounts and loosely bolt them to the engine using the supplied 10mm allen head bolts, now loosely bolt the frame brackets to the engine mounts using the supplied ½”-13 x 4” long bolts and nylon lock nuts.
A helicoil is not good enough for a head bolt. You need a Time-Sert. If you can't find the Time-sert kit/tools cheap enough, then ask your local Chevy, GMC, or Pontiac dealership to fix that hole. They most likely have the tools.

The motor mount adapter plates are the foundation to a successful LS swap. Adapter plates bolt onto the LS engine block, allowing you to bolt the engine securely to the crossmember. There are adjustable and stock location adapter plates available (also known as 1-inch setback plates).
