26 Αυγ 2016 · We tune on an engine dyno and use a LS1 standalone harness and a 411 pcm, also have a E38 standalone harness and a Holley Dominator setup we use the most now. Its much easier with The Holley Dominator over the factory computers BUT it depends on what your trying to do.
6 ημέρες πριν · The factory mafless tunes were in limp mode and lost there high octane tables, with the check engine light literally just turned off via the tune. Custom o/s will at least let you keep both high/low maps for added safety.

13 Μαρ 2019 · For obd 1 tuning, I recommend tuner cat obd 1 tuner. It's available at the tunercat website. It will cost you about 100 bucks for the tuner program & the $EE file it needs to read the lt1 pcm.
23 Ιουλ 2002 · LS1 Edit is a tool used to reprogram the computer (from here forth referred to as the PCM ~ Power Control Module) in your 1997-2002 Corvette. It runs as a software package on your laptop and includes a cable to interface with the PCM.
who here has tuning software the one that you would use on your labtop. if so does it work good? thanks
For me, since I have LS1 Edit experience, using HP Tuner was a no brainer. After 10-20 minutes of poking around, I was pretty much up to speed. So far I am REAL HAPPY with my HP Tuner tuning software.
