7 Ιαν 2022 · Hello, I just purchased a new xbox controller is one of the aqua shift series. When I play just about any game the controller works as should. But with a few games the LT/RT won't respond as if its glitched. the games with me is hitman 2. If I use an PS4 controller it works fine.

If you're not sure if your Xbox One is getting the latest updates, try these steps: Make sure your console is connected to the Internet, then press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Profile & system (your account icon) > Settings . Select System > Updates & downloads > Update console.
This one may be more for troubleshooting, like if someone called MS support because they were stuck on the updating screen. Having the info right there makes it easier to narrow down the issue, especially if it were to get stuck on the update screen.
