25 Νοε 2021 · Also, if marine grease is somehow more waterproof and more corrosion resistant, why isn't it just used everywhere, why even bother with other greases?? For context, I live in the PNW, so lots of rain and lots of road salt in the winter. I currently have Lucas X-Tra Heavy Duty Grease in my grease gun.
29 Αυγ 2017 · Used on boat trailer wheel bearings. Tube fit grease gun perfectly and provided just what the spec's required. Lucas products have proven track records and preventing water from getting to bearings as well as not breaking down in water, Lucas Marine Grease has been excellent. Satisfied & Recommend.

25 Σεπ 2021 · I use Lubrimatic marine trailer wheel bearing grease (calcium sulfonate), so far so good. If using Lucas, their Lucas Marine Grease is better than their Red and Tacky grease for boat trailer bearings.
21 Αυγ 2014 · The Evinrude marine grease is very tacky and thick. I use it on the internal side plates and screws of offshore reels that have an aluminum frame and side plates like the Shimano Tiagra's and comparable reels.
